Hi! I’m a 36 years old IT engineer facing day-by-day problems moving from strictly technical aspects to a more organizational-oriented functions. This journey requires technical abilities and curiosity about how people and systems work properly.
That said, here I’d like to share about what I find more interesting:
- Agile practices, particularly Scrum and eXtreme Programming
- PMBOK, CMMI and System Thinking
- Behavioral economics and irrational habits found in human beings
- interesting aspects and trends in technical solutions and architectures (Ruby, RubyOnRails)
Generally I write in English but sometimes you can find also content in Italian.
